The Tiny Cheeks 'Dumpling' OSFM nappies have a print PUL outer and a white microfleece inner with popped wings. The insert is a snap in long snake which is 3 layers of bamboo terry with microfleece on the top for a stay dry layer. This insert is incredibly thirsty and can be folded in different ways to make sure you get the absorbency right where you need it.
